When kids chew, they're doing more than eating—they're helping strengthen the muscles that support healthy jaw and facial development. Chewing can also encourage proper tongue function, support healthy breathing patterns, and kick-start digestion.

That's why I often encourage families to include age-appropriate crunchy and textured foods when possible. 🥕🍎
