The Patients Who Still Don’t Get Care

Here’s something most people don’t realize…

Even today, there are patients who need dental care…

And simply can’t get it.

Not because they don’t want it.
Not because they don’t need it.

Because they can’t afford it.

And for special needs families… it’s even harder.

More medical expenses.
More daily challenges.
More barriers.

I’ve seen it for over 50 years.

Families making call after call…
Trying to find someone who will help.

And even when they do… the cost can still stop them.

That’s why we started the foundation.

The goal is simple:

👉 Help cover the cost of dental care for special needs patients
👉 Remove the financial barrier so families can finally say “yes” to treatment
👉 And one day… build it into something where no family has to pay at all

We’re not fully there yet.

But we’ve already started.

We’ve hosted Special Needs Days where families can come in and receive care, with proceeds going back into the foundation.

We’ve begun receiving support and recognition from organizations who believe in this mission.

And most importantly…

We’re proving that this kind of care matters.

But we can’t do it alone.

This Was Never Just a Career

I didn’t choose dentistry for the money.

Or the title.

Or the recognition.

If I’m being honest…
I chose it because I liked working with my hands as a kid.

Building models. Fixing things.

But then early in my career, something happened that changed everything.

I started seeing patients that no one else wanted to treat.
Special needs patients.

They were being turned away.
Passed around.
Left without care.

And I remember thinking:

“If nobody steps up… what happens to them?”

That was the moment it shifted.

What started as a career working with my hands…
became something much bigger.

👉 It became about helping the most vulnerable.

👉 It became about being the one who says yes.

Because everyone deserves care.

And sometimes…

All it takes is one person willing to give it.
