The Elephant Story (Oscar)

There’s a reason we chose an elephant as our mascot.

When elephants are young, they’re tied to a stake with a heavy chain.

They learn they can’t break free.

As adults…
you can tie them with a simple rope…

And they still won’t try.

Not because they can’t.

Because they believe they can’t.

Think about that.

In many cultures, elephants represent removing obstacles.

And that’s exactly what we’re trying to do.

Because for so many special needs patients…
dentistry feels like an impossible barrier.

Our mission?

👉 Break that belief.

👉 Remove that obstacle.

👉 Show them what’s possible.

Every single smile matters.

“We Called 10 Dentists…”

“We called 10 different dentists before we found you.”

I’ve heard that more times than I can count.

Imagine needing dental care for your special needs child…
And being told “no” over and over again.

Because your situation is “too difficult.”

That’s the reality for so many special needs families.

And it hasn’t changed in decades.

So when someone finally comes to our office…

It’s not just another appointment.

👉 It’s relief.
👉 It’s hope.
👉 It’s finally being seen.

If you’re a parent or caregiver who’s been through this…

I hear you.

And you’re not alone.

" I Treat Them."

Most dentists won’t say this out loud…

But I will.

When the parent of a special needs patient contacts most dental offices, they’re not treated.

They’re referred out.

Passed along.

Told, “We’re not equipped for that.”

Families tell me they’ve made 10+ phone calls just trying to find someone who will help.

So when people ask what makes our office different, my answer is simple:

We treat them.

No shortcuts.

No pushing them away.

No “go somewhere else.”

Just care.

Because at the end of the day…
👉 someone has to step up.

And for us, that’s not a business decision. It’s a human one.

❤️ If you know a family who’s struggled to find care, send them our way.
