Help your child prevent cavities for the rest of their life! Make sure they brush and floss every day. Take them for dental check-ups every six months.

A good rule of thumb is to replace your toothbrush or electric toothbrush head every 3 to 4 months - sooner if the bristles are frayed. Worn out bristles don’t clean your teeth as effectively and can harbor bacteria over time.
