Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and care
• Manage the daily schedule and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• File and track insurance claims and payments
• Prepare and submit pre-authorizations
• Collect payments and post transactions accurately
• Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and insurance companies
• Maintain organized administrative and financial records

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday, some Fridays
• No evenings or weekends!

We’re growing and looking for a dependable and caring Dental Assistant to join our close-knit dental team! Our ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities
• Assist the dentist and dental hygienists during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Record patient information and treatment notes accurately
• Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
• Ensure infection control and OSHA compliance
• Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
Schedule
• Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Some Fridays as needed
• No weekends!
