Most cavities in kids don’t start on the front of the teeth they start between them 👀

Brushing alone misses about 40% of the tooth surface.
That’s where flossing comes in.

A Waterpik can help rinse, but it doesn’t replace the scrubbing action of floss that removes plaque.

If your child’s teeth are touching, it’s time to floss 🦷✨
Small habit now = fewer cavities later.

The first dental visit comes sooner than most parents expect and for good reason 🦷💜

We recommend bringing your child in by their first birthday or within 6 months of the eruption of their first tooth. At this stage, it’s less about treatment and more about setting your child (and you!) up for success.

During this visit, we:
✨ Gently check growth and development
✨ Go over brushing techniques for little teeth
✨ Talk about feeding habits and nutrition
✨ Answer all your questions, no matter how small

Our goal is to make this a calm, positive experience so your child feels comfortable from the very beginning.

Starting early helps prevent cavities and builds healthy habits that last a lifetime.

If your little one just got their first tooth, it’s the perfect time to schedule their first visit we’d love to meet your family 💜

Not sure if your child is actually brushing all their teeth? Let’s make it easy (and fun)!

Plaque is invisible but it’s the main cause of cavities. That’s why I love plaque disclosing tablets (I’ve linked my exact favorites in my bio 👆).

These tablets highlight plaque by turning it a bright color, so you and your child can see exactly where brushing is being missed. No more guessing, just better brushing.

Why this is a game-changer for parents:
✔️ Shows missed spots instantly
✔️ Makes brushing more effective
✔️ Turns brushing into a fun challenge
✔️ Helps build lifelong habits early

How to use:
1. Chew the tablet (with supervision)
2. Swish, don’t swallow
3. Check the mirror for colored plaque
4. Brush until it’s gone 🎯

💡 Here’s the key: most kids miss the same areas every day and this helps you catch it before it turns into a cavity.

👉 Tap the link in my bio now to grab the exact tablets I recommend and try it with your child this week.
👉 Save this post so you remember to use them 1–2x per week
👉 Send this to another parent who’s tired of the nightly brushing struggle

A small change in your routine can make a big difference in your child’s smile 💚
