Over the past 2 years, Dr. Priya Patel and her husband Kunal have been completing the MGE Power Program — an in-depth educational program created specifically for private dental practices.
Dental school teaches doctors how to provide clinical care, but many dentists are never formally taught the business, leadership, and communication side of running a practice. This program bridges that gap by teaching dentists and their teams how to become their own consultants while creating systems that support both excellent patient care and long-term balance.
For Dr. Patel, this experience helped her learn how to better delegate and offload responsibilities so she can focus more of her time and energy on what she loves most — treating patients. The program also strengthened her confidence in communication with patients, team members, and even family.
For Kunal, the program became a powerful tool for personal growth as well, helping him build confidence, leadership skills, and communication abilities.
