What kind of dentist do you want to be? 🦷🤍

The kind who listens.
The kind who cares.
The kind who makes patients feel safe, heard, and valued.
The kind who treats every patient like family.

Because dentistry is about so much more than teeth. 🥰

DAY 90 🎉🤍 THE FINAL DAY

90 DAYS. WE DID IT. 😭🎉

What started as a challenge to build better habits became so much more than that. It became a journey of learning how to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, showing up when I didn’t feel like it, and proving to myself that I’m capable of more than I thought.

There were busy days, difficult days, imperfect days, and plenty of moments when I questioned how I was going to keep up with everything. But I kept going.

And maybe that’s the biggest lesson of all: you don’t have to feel ready, confident, or fearless to start. Sometimes you just have to do it scared.

I’m incredibly grateful for the memories this challenge gave me, especially the moments shared with my family, my team, and my patients. Looking back at all the little moments reminds me that growth isn’t only found in the big accomplishments. It’s also found in the everyday choices we make.

My biggest hope is that somewhere along the way, someone watching this journey was inspired to face a fear, start a small habit, or simply believe that they are capable of more.

The challenge may be over, but the growth isn’t.

There are more challenges, more projects, more ways to invest in my team, and more opportunities to grow with my family in faith.

Day 90 complete. But this is only the beginning. 🤍

Day 88 🤍 Gratitude

Today was all about celebrating the people who make life and work so special. 🥰

We celebrated our amazing hygienist, Amber, on her birthday and our sweet dental assistant, Marta, on her 4th work anniversary before she heads off on maternity leave. 🎉🤍

Good food, treats, lots of laughter, and quality time together made for such a fun evening!

As I get closer to finishing this 90-day challenge, I’m especially grateful for my family. In the beginning, they were worried I was taking on too much and stretching myself too thin. But as the days went by, they became some of my biggest cheerleaders and supporters.

This journey has reminded me that having people who believe in you makes a difference. I’m so thankful for the people who continue to encourage me, celebrate my wins, and support me through the challenging days. 🤍

Day 87 ✨ The Person I’m Becoming

Today was another reminder of why I love what I do. We helped transform a patient’s bite, chewing, smile, and confidence after years of dealing with broken, infected, and missing teeth. Seeing that kind of transformation is incredibly rewarding. 🤍🦷

I also enjoyed some of Mom’s homemade food with my family and helped my daughter with her dishwashing chore. Sometimes the simplest moments become the sweetest when we’re together. 🥰

One thing I’m especially proud of throughout this challenge is seeing my team grow into leaders. I used to lead our daily morning meetings, and now everyone takes turns leading them. Watching them step up has been amazing.

Over these 90 days, I’ve become more positive, grateful, and confident. Most importantly, I’m seeing myself differently.

I’m learning that I am capable of anything I set my mind to. 💪🏼🤍

Day 86 🤍 The Person I’m Becoming

Yoga felt so good this morning and helped me stretch and get ready for the day. We were BUSY, but everything went smoothly!

One of my favorite parts of the day was getting to see several of our little patients. 🥰 Tell me you’re obsessed with kids without telling me you’re obsessed with kids! 😂

I especially loved showing Amber, our amazing hygienist, and her kids the 3D X-ray scans. We had so much fun that Amber and I agreed we might as well start preparing them for their future in dentistry! 🤗🦷

I also loved ending the day with my family, enjoying dinner together and sitting beside my daughter while she did her homework and I worked on my Duolingo.

Feeling incredibly blessed as I finish these final few days of my 90-day challenge. 🤍

Day 85 ✨ Weekly Recap

Another week down, and only 5 DAYS LEFT! 😭🎉

This week brought a mix of growth, challenges, and meaningful experiences. Traveling to Arizona with my husband for an intensive workshop gave us the opportunity to learn, reflect, and think about how we can continue improving ourselves and our team.

I’m excited to take what we learned and put it into action, both personally and at work. Sometimes growth starts with being willing to look at ourselves first.

The challenging part of the week was staying connected while traveling, dealing with time changes, and being away from home. It wasn’t always easy, but it was another reminder that connection takes intention, especially when life gets busy.

With just 5 days left, I’m grateful for everything this challenge has taught me and ready to finish strong. 🤍
