To Our Inertia Dental Family,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved office dog, Echo, who recently passed away from heart failure.

Echo was so much more than an office dog. He was a comforting presence, a gentle soul, and a cherished member of our family and our team. Whether he greeted you at the door, rested quietly beside the dental chair, or simply offered a wagging tail, he had an incredible gift for making people feel safe, calm, and welcome.

Over the years, Echo helped countless patients overcome their dental anxiety. For many, his quiet companionship turned fearful appointments into positive experiences. We have heard so many stories from patients who looked forward to seeing Echo just as much as seeing us, and knowing the comfort he brought to so many lives has been one of the greatest gifts we could have asked for.

Although we knew his heart disease would eventually take him from us, it doesn't make saying goodbye any easier. We are deeply grateful for every treat, every belly rub, every kind word, and every smile you shared with him over the years. The love you showed Echo meant more than we can ever express, and we know he felt it every day he came to the office.

If you happen to see Sage during your visit in the coming weeks, we'd be so grateful if you could give her a little extra love. She is adjusting to life without her best friend, and we know she'll appreciate every gentle pet, kind word, and bit of affection she receives.

Losing Echo has left an immeasurable hole in our hearts, but we find comfort in knowing that he touched the lives of so many wonderful people. Thank you for allowing him to be a part of your dental visits and for embracing him as part of the Inertia Dental family.

Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and grace as we navigate this difficult loss. We are incredibly grateful for this amazing community and for the compassion you have always shown our family.
