Happy Boxing Day! Last week we made the time to share some fun experiences out of office as a team. We got creative with gel manicures with holiday designs and tips at a local gem A&B NAIL SPA and then headed out to Hot Pot Hero for a nourishing AYCE meal with individual hot pots at the flagship Hot Pot Hero in Gaithersburg. Both of these local establishments treated us so well and were well appointed for a group, so check them out! Hearts and bellies are full.

We hope that you all were able to slow down and take some time for yourself during what's generally a busy time of year.

🎃 Happy Halloween from North Potomac Orthodontics! 👻

This Halloween, while you're out trick-or-treating and enjoying all those delicious treats, don’t forget to take care of your teeth! Here's a few tips and tricks:

1. Choose Wisely: Opt for candies that are less sticky and chewy. Chocolate is usually a better choice since it washes off your teeth more easily!
2. Brush and Floss: After indulging in those Halloween goodies, make sure to brush your teeth thoroughly and floss to remove any lingering sugar.
3. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water! It helps wash away sugar and keeps your mouth fresh.
4. Visit Us: If you have braces or aligners, be sure to schedule an appointment for a check-up after Halloween. We want to make sure your smile stays on track!

Wishing you a fun-filled, safe, and tooth-friendly Halloween! 🎉👻🦷
