Let's do some elastic rubber band review! 🤓
🦷 try and wear your elastics all day everyday as much as possible
🦷 take out your elastics when you are eating or drinking
🦷 switch out your elastics every 4 hours if not sooner
🦷 always let us know if you need more bags
🦷 using reminders on your phone can help you remember to put them back in
🦷 nighttime wear is super important for long continuous wear
🦷 if one elastic breaks replace both of them
