Be a paradox…

The people who change culture don’t fit into labels… they live between them.

They build from the tension of being underrepresented and the conviction that what has always been doesn’t have to remain.

They don’t live at the extremes.

They live in the integration.

Creative and disciplined.

Spiritual and strategic.

Visionary and grounded enough to execute.

They don’t wait for a seat at the table. They create rooms that didn’t exist.

And when you stop simplifying yourself to make others comfortable… your impact compounds, and your legacy begins.

Being the first means something. Making sure you’re not the last means everything.

For much of my career in dentistry, I’ve walked into rooms where it was rare to see others who looked like me or shared a similar background. And while those experiences never limited my ambition, they taught me the importance of representation and the responsibility that comes with opportunity.

When God placed the vision for this retreat on my heart, my mission was simple: to share everything I’ve learned. From the camera systems I use to the burs I prep with, clinical techniques, business strategies, and lessons learned along the way. No gatekeeping. I believe knowledge becomes more valuable when we share it.

What I never anticipated was the emotional impact this experience would have. Hearing doctors describe what it meant to look around a room and feel seen, understood, and connected to people with similar journeys reminded me that diversity is about more than representation. It’s about belonging, access, and expanding what people believe is possible for themselves.

I hope doctors around the world see what we’re building and recognize that their own aspirations are within reach, too.

Because the purpose of climbing was never to stand at the top alone. It was to reach back, extend a hand, and make room for others to rise.

Thank you, God, for trusting me with a vision that has become so much bigger than me. Bigger.

If you knew how many people win when I win, you’d understand that my ambition was never about greed.

This is for us. This is for the culture.

This retreat was always bigger than me. Bigger than dentistry. It was about creating opportunities, opening doors, and building a space where our success becomes someone else’s possibility. Because the vision was never for me to win alone. It was for ALL of us to win.

To Visa, thank you for championing this mission and recognizing the importance of representation, diversity, and creating opportunities in spaces where they haven’t always existed. When companies of your magnitude stand behind a vision like this, the impact extends far beyond one event. It does not go unnoticed.

Day three 🤎

An incredible day of learning, artistry and preparation for what’s ahead.

The incomparable Calin Pop traveled all the way from Dubai to pour into our doctors, and his lecture on dental photography had the entire room captivated. The level of detail, artistry and intention he brought reminded us that capturing beautiful dentistry is an art in itself.

Dr. Haneen Shehadeh Dr. Haneen Shehadeh | Cosmetic Veneers & Invisalign then took us deep into cementation protocols, giving our doctors the knowledge and confidence they needed as we transitioned from the lecture room into the hands-on portion of the retreat.

So grateful to our incredible sponsors of day 3 and for believing in this vision and helping us create an educational experience where our doctors could truly learn, grow and elevate their craft.

Natural teeth aren’t perfectly smooth, and beautiful porcelain shouldn’t be either.

The grooves, ridges and subtle surface texture are what interact with light and give a tooth its natural character. When we design porcelain, those details matter just as much as the shape and shade.

It’s those tiny nuances you may not consciously notice that can be the difference between a veneer that simply looks white and one that truly looks like a natural tooth.

Texture matters. Detail matters.
