✔️ Brush 2x daily; soft bristles, gentle circles, at the gumline
✔️ Floss once a day (the day you're tired is the day it counts)
✔️ Watch for pink in the sink; bleeding gums are never "normal"
✔️ Drink water after coffee, wine, and snacks
✔️ Know your risk: diabetes, smoking, and family history raise it
