Today, we’re celebrating the incredible team that keeps Souza Family Orthodontics smiling every single day. 💙

Our orthodontic assistants are so much more than the faces you see at your appointments. They are the ones who calm nervous patients, cheer on every braces milestone, answer countless questions, and help create the positive, welcoming experience our patients know and love.

Their compassion, dedication, patience, and hard work make a difference in every smile that walks through our doors. Whether they’re adjusting braces, taking photos, sharing laughs, or offering encouragement, they help make each patient’s orthodontic journey a great one.

We are beyond grateful for this amazing group of women who bring their talents, energy, and heart to our practice every day. Thank you for everything you do for our patients, our families, and each other. We simply couldn’t do it without you.

Today, Dr. Souza visited Woodside Dental Care to share all things orthodontics with their incredible doctors and staff. From smile science to treatment tips, it was an afternoon full of learning, laughter, and collaboration.

We also learned to never Chippi alone! 😉
