As your teeth begin to move, the muscles around your jaw can temporarily work a little harder. The good news? A few simple habits can help reduce discomfort and keep your treatment on track.

✔ Keep your teeth slightly apart when resting
✔ Be mindful of clenching during the day
✔ Practice gentle jaw stretches
✔ Stay consistent with your aligners

Most patients find that any soreness improves as their mouth adapts to each new tray.
