Halloween is the perfect time for treats... but if you’re in braces or Invisalign, not all candy is a treat for your teeth! 😬 
Here’s the scoop from your friends at NA Ortho: 
🚫Skip the sticky, chewy or super hard candies (like caramel and gummies) as they can break brackets, bend wires or get stuck in your aligners.  
✅Go for braces-friendly options like chocolate bars, peanut butter cups or anything that melts in your mouth!  
 
And remember... after all that Halloween fun, be sure to brush, floss and rinse so those spooky sugars don’t linger. 🪥👻

Big shout out and thank you to North Arlington PD, DPW, and Animal Control for saving the day today!

Our assistant, Trish, was on her way to the office when just a block away she watched 3 ducklings fall into the sewer. Help was called and despite the heavy rain, everyone worked together to get these little guys safe and hopefully back to their mama.

We love a good happy ending! 🩵
