We would like to thank everyone for staying home and healthy these last 6 weeks and waiting patiently for our community to loosen restrictions.

Nebraska was much slower to feel the effects of COVID-19, so we must remain vigilant in protecting ourselves and others.

While the state of Nebraska has loosened restrictions on Dentistry, I want to reassure you that it will not be “business as usual”.
We are taking extra precautions in accordance with the CDC, ADA, NDA, and OSHA and I will post a video in the days ahead showing you the changes made.

We have started calling patients to reschedule, schedule, and confirm existing appointments beginning May 4th. Here are just a few things you can expect at your upcoming appointment.

*Temperature screening upon arriving at the facility.

*COVID-19 specific questionnaire.

*Waiting in your car or waiting room until your exam room is ready (your preference will be taken when we confirm your appointment).

*Possibly waiting in your exam room for a couple minutes upon completion of your appointment until the front desk area has been vacated and cleaned to abide by social distancing guidelines.

*Plexiglass barriers where possible and appropriate.

*N95 masks, surgical masks, and face shields worn by employees.

*Hand sanitizer readily available throughout the facility.

Protocols are changing weekly and we will do everything we can to keep you feeling as safe and comfortable as possible.

We look forward to seeing all of you and plan to do some product “giveaways” to hopefully re-energize the community as we continue in this healing and recovery phase!

Due to continued spread and surge in COVID-19 diagnosis, Regency Family Dental Care has decided to take immediate action and abide by Nebraska Dental Associtation recommendations. Effective immediately, we will be limiting the scope of our practice to patients emergency dental needs only. This recommendations is in effect until April 1, 2020.

We feel it is in everyones best interest to do our part to protect our paitents, our community, and or staff from potential COVID-19 transmission. We continue to follow OSHA guidelines and infection control protocols and have taken additional steps to protect the community (removed magazines from the waiting room, removed toys from the play area, etc.)

We want to ensure our patients receive emergency care. We are here and ready if you have any dental emergencies that need to be addressed. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
