Our kind patient just gave me the sweetest letter! It reads:

"Dear Andreea and staff,

I am a brand new patient here. I feel a need to express my great admiration for your reception staff and the warm welcome to me...a first time visitor here.

Then, enter Dr. Nick and Jennifer. Their interaction was like a ballet or choreography that was so well integrated. I've been so impressed by their skill as well as sensitive patient care.
