🎂 Apparently late September is a popular time to have a birthday around here! 🎂

We had THREE birthdays within one week — Dr. Paulina Bak and two of our amazing hygienists, Kristin and Nelly!

Of course, three birthdays called for one big celebration. We pitched in for lunch, made sure everyone got their favorite kind of cake (because sharing one cake would clearly be unreasonable), and had a few gifts to celebrate each of them.

We’re so lucky to have all three of you as part of the Hyde Park Dentistry family. You each bring so much to our team and to our patients, and we appreciate you more than you know.

Happy Birthday, Dr. Bak, Kristin & Nelly! We hope this next year is a great one!

Today Dr. Hopkinson had the privilege to speak about dentistry to his daughter’s 1st grade class. The kids were so sweet and had so many great questions!! He thinks he saw some potential future dentists in the group!

We have so much to celebrate with Dr. Johnson!

Not only are we celebrating her 2-year anniversary with our practice, but we’re also excited for her to welcome another little boy to her family! We threw a little “sprinkle” to celebrate baby boy #2 and this exciting new chapter!

Over the past two years, Dr. Johnson has become such an important part of our team. She is an incredible dentist, a wonderful teammate, and someone our patients truly love and appreciate. Her kindness, compassion, and dedication to her patients make us incredibly thankful to have her as part of the Hyde Park Dentistry family. We honestly could not hope for a better doctor to be part of our team. We appreciate you more than you know! Congratulations! 🎉

We want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to celebrate our Grand Opening with us last Thursday! We had an amazing turnout and are truly grateful for all the support from our family, friends, patients, and community.

And a special thank you to our incredible team for everything they did to get us settled into our new space and help make the open house such a great night. We couldn’t have done it without you guys!

We’re so excited for this next chapter at Hyde Park Dentistry and look forward to serving both our longtime patients and all the new faces we’ll welcome in the years to come! Cheers!

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Paulina Bak to our team at Hyde Park Dentistry! 🦷✨

As we prepare to move into our brand-new office in just a couple of weeks, we’re thrilled to announce that Dr. Bak will be joining our team and starting with us as we begin this exciting new chapter.

Originally from Poland and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Bak has been passionate about dentistry from a young age. She earned her DDS from the Indiana University School of Dentistry and has been working in the dental field since 2015, serving in multiple roles including, a dental assistant, a dental hygienist, and now as a dentist.

Dr. Bak is known for her warm, compassionate approach and is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their smiles. Having experienced dental anxiety herself, she strives to create a relaxed, judgment-free environment while providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

When she’s not in the office, Dr. Bak enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, reading, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband David, their son Theodore, and their goldendoodle, Benny.

We couldn’t be more excited to have Dr. Bak join our team as we open the doors to our beautiful new facility. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome to the Hyde Park Dentistry family! 🎉
