Children's Smile Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing preventive and primary dental health care to children and pregnant mothers from low-income families who are residents of Christian, Stone, Barry and Lawrence Counties in Missouri. Children's Smile Center operates three dental clinics: in Ozark and Aurora five days a week and in Branson West two days a week. Staff include two

full-time dentists, five part-time dentists and a full complement of professional dental hygienists, dental assistants and dental management.

🦷💙 September is Pain Awareness Month, and it’s an important reminder that little teeth can cause big discomfort.

Kids don’t always know how to tell us when something hurts. Changes in eating, sleeping, brushing, or behavior can sometimes be a sign that something is going on with their teeth.

If your child complains of tooth pain, or just doesn’t seem quite like themselves, don’t wait for it to get worse. Getting dental concerns checked early can help get them back to feeling, eating, learning, and smiling like themselves again. ✨

🦷 : Don’t rinse right after brushing!

After your child brushes with fluoride toothpaste, encourage them to **spit out the extra toothpaste but skip rinsing with water.** Rinsing can wash away the fluoride that helps protect their teeth.

It’s a tiny change that can give those teeth a little extra protection! 🪥💙

🎒💙 Thursday night, Haleigh and Jasmine had the chance to join the Aurora Head Start Back to School Fair!

They loved celebrating the start of a new school year with students and their families while representing Children’s Smile Center in our Aurora community. 🦷✨

💙 What a great evening at our Nixa clinic!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Patio Party with the Nixa Chamber of Commerce. We loved seeing so many local businesses represented, connecting with our community, and giving tours of our beautiful new space. 🦷✨

💙 Today is a bittersweet day at Children’s Smile Center as we celebrate Paula’s last day and her retirement after an incredible 19 years with CSC!

We started the celebration with lunch at Paula’s pick, Spring Creek Tea Room, and then came back to shower her with gifts and lots of love. 🎁

Nineteen years represents so many children cared for, families served, friendships made, and healthy smiles along the way. Paula, thank you for the heart and dedication you’ve given Children’s Smile Center over the years. You will be so missed, but we couldn’t be happier for you as you begin this next chapter!

Happy retirement, Paula! You’ve certainly earned it. 💐🦷
