Meet Samantha, our dental intern for the summer! Samantha is a Biology student at Widener University with her sights set on a career in dentistry, and we are so glad she chose to spend her summer with us gaining real hands-on experience.

She’s a Coatesville native, a Mulan fan, and — maybe the best fun fact we’ve ever put on one of these — she has an identical twin sister. We’ve met her. We still can’t tell them apart.

If you see Samantha at your next visit, say hi. She’s here to learn, and she’s already fitting right in.

Bre is a Delco native, born and raised right here in Aston, so she knows this community well. She joins us with the training and licensure of an EFDA, which means she goes beyond the role of a traditional dental assistant. EFDAs complete advanced clinical training that allows them to perform expanded procedures chairside, so your child gets more comprehensive, efficient care during every visit.

Whether she’s keeping kids calm in the chair or bonding over the fact that her two favorite movies both star animated animals, Bre brings warmth and skill to everything she does. And yes, she has a Lab mix named Daffodil, which tells you everything you need to know about her.

We’re so glad she’s part of the team. Welcome, Bre!

It’s a bittersweet week at Mighty Bites. Our dental assistant Haweh is moving on to pursue her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree, followed by surgical residency training. That’s a big deal, and we couldn’t be more proud of her.

Haweh has been part of our team since the beginning, and the care and calm she brought to every appointment made a real difference, especially for kids who were nervous walking in. Her favorite memories here? Family Fun Day and watching kids notice the TV on the ceiling for the first time. Honestly, same.

We’re going to miss her more than we can say, but we know she’s going to be an incredible doctor. The podiatry world is lucky to have her.

It’s not goodbye. It’s see you later. 🦈

If you’ve ever called our office or walked through our front door, you already know Meghan. As our Front Desk Coordinator, she’s the voice of Mighty Bites and the first face our families see, and she makes that first impression count every single time.

Meghan came to us with a background that’s rare in a front desk role. She started her career as a dental assistant out in Washington state before transitioning to the administrative side at a pediatric dental office, so when she walks you through what to expect at your child’s visit, she’s speaking from firsthand experience.

She made the move from Washington to Broomall last year and has been with us since the very first day we opened our doors last October. We’re lucky to have her.

This one means a lot, because it reflects what families in our community have experienced and shared about our office. We started Mighty Bites to make dental visits feel less scary and more fun for kids, and being recognized this way tells us that’s actually landing.

Mighty Bites is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of building something great from the ground up.

We’re a brand new pediatric dental practice (less than a year old!) built around unhurried, one-on-one care. Real relationships. Real attention. That’s what we’re building, and we want someone who believes in that, too!

Tuesday 12-6pm, Wednesday and Thursday 9-5pm. Newtown Square, PA.
