Composites are a great restorative option for chipped teeth. This patient has severe chipping of her two central maxillary incisors. Dr’ Amini performed composite restorations side by side. The results are seen here.

Periapical of an immediate implant placement and immediate temporization after extraction of a lateral incisor. The tooth fractured below the gum level and had a poor prognosis. The patient decided to have an implant placed. The patient walked in the clinic with his crown in his had and left with a tooth in his mouth. One could not tell that anything had happened and the patient of course was extremely happy. implants dentist .

Crown or not to crown? That is the question. This patient presented with attrition and a moderate size filling on his lower right second molar. At first glance one would think that there is sufficient tooth structure to withstand bite forces. The last photo shows a vertical fracture into the foundation. Luckily we were able to save the tooth but that is not always the case. A crown on this tooth would have prevented this fracture and would have protected the tooth. surgery extraction
