🌻 BLOOM WHERE YOU LEAD — AUGUST SPOTLIGHT 🌻

This week, I’m so excited to spotlight Dr. Ashlee Turner-Lee, board-certified pediatric dentist and owner of Growing Grins Pediatric Dentistry in Newnan! 💛

Dr. Ashlee’s approach to pediatric dentistry goes far beyond caring for little teeth. She believes in caring for the whole child—and helping parents understand the connections between oral health, feeding, breathing, growth, development, airway health, sleep, and overall wellness.

Her commitment to supporting families even led her to become a Certified Lactation Counselor, allowing her to better help mothers and babies experiencing breastfeeding challenges.

In July 2025, Dr. Ashlee and her husband, Lamar, opened Growing Grins Pediatric Dentistry with a vision of creating a dental experience where children feel safe, confident, and excited to visit the dentist. Every detail of the practice—from its calming environment to its sensory-friendly touches—was intentionally designed with children and families in mind. 🌻

But one of the things I especially love about Dr. Ashlee’s story is her passion for empowering women.

As a mother of two daughters, she wants them to see that success isn’t measured only by professional accomplishments, but by the positive impact we make on the lives of others. She brings that same philosophy into her practice by educating and empowering mothers to confidently advocate for their children and by mentoring and encouraging the women on her team to grow, lead, and pursue their own goals.

Dr. Ashlee also values collaborative care, working alongside other healthcare professionals who share the goal of helping children thrive.

Her mission says it beautifully: every child deserves to feel safe and valued, every parent deserves to feel heard and supported, and every woman deserves to feel confident advocating for herself and her family. 💛

Dr. Ashlee, thank you for investing in our children, supporting parents, encouraging other women, and bringing such a thoughtful, whole-child approach to our community.

Growing Grins is officially ONE! 🎉 We survived our first year of toddler negotiations, dinosaur roars 🦖, princess stories 👑, countless sticker distributions, and approximately 47,392 tiny teeth. 😆🦷

The best part? Getting to serve the most incredible kids and families in our community. 💛 THANK YOU for making our first year one we’ll never forget!

💚📚 What an incredible morning at the Zion Hill Baptist Church Back to School Bash & Health Fair! 🎒✨

We loved being part of a community that came together to help local children start the school year with confidence. From donated backpacks and school supplies to health screenings and valuable community resources, every organization played a part in making a difference. ❤️

🦷 Dr. Ashlee was honored to provide complimentary dental screenings and oral health education to families, helping set kids up for healthy smiles this school year.

🫧 Meanwhile, the Growing Grins team kept the fun going with a bubble gun, smiles, laughter, and oral hygiene kits so every child could head back to school with the tools they need for healthy teeth! 🪥😁

Thank you to Zionhill Baptist Church for inviting us to be part of such a meaningful event and to everyone who stopped by to say hello. We love serving our community—one smile at a time! 🌼💚

☀️🍕🍦 Nothing beats summer evenings spent cheering on local kids!
We had so much fun sponsoring the Genesee Swim Team pool party last week! It was a joy to celebrate a season of hard work, teamwork, and determination with pizza, an ice cream bar, and lots of smiles. 🏊💙

At Growing Grins, we believe healthy, confident kids are built both in and out of the dental office, and we’re grateful to support the amazing families and organizations that make our community so special.

One of the things closest to my heart has always been making The Bunny Hive Peachtree City more than just a place to bring your little ones for grownup and me classes. I want it to be a place where you feel seen, supported, and surrounded by people who truly understand this season of life.

Motherhood can be incredibly beautiful… and incredibly overwhelming. Whether you’re expecting your first baby, healing after birth, navigating breastfeeding, or learning to reconnect with your body, you shouldn’t have to do it alone.

That’s why we’re so grateful to partner with incredible local professionals to offer complimentary support groups every Thursday at 12:30pm. 🤍
