✨ SPOTLIGHT STATUS: PHOENIX! 💎🖤

Some girls were just born to shine… and Phoenix understood the assignment! 💅✨

Inspired by her own braces journey, Phoenix decided she wanted to be on the OTHER side of the chair, creating beautiful smiles and building a career she loves! 🦷

Her goal? Confidence, clinical skills, and becoming a total pro—even when Mom and Dad are watching! 😂👏

Big personality. Bigger dreams. And a future that’s looking BRIGHT! 🌟

Help us show Phoenix some SOA love in the comments! 👇🖤

A little sweet, a little wild, and a whole lot of heart! 🤠✨

Meet Kayleigh! She’s proof that you can love crochet, country life, AND creating beautiful smiles! 🧶🦷

For Kayleigh, SOA has been about so much more than learning orthodontics. It’s been about building friendships, making memories, and finding a place to belong. 💚

🦷 BEYOND THE BRACKETS | VOL. 01

Think orthodontic assisting is just changing colors and handing over instruments? Think again. 👀

The world of orthodontics is evolving, and today’s assistants are part of something pretty incredible.

✨ Digital technology
✨ Customized treatment systems
✨ Clear aligner innovation
✨ Virtual patient monitoring

Modern orthodontics is smarter, more precise, and more technology-driven than ever before.

And the assistants working behind those beautiful smiles? They’re evolving right along with it.

At SOA, we believe the future of orthodontics deserves assistants who are prepared for it. 💚💙

The specialty is changing. We’re training for what’s next.

They see us rollin’… 😎🚗💨

But around here, it’s not just about where you’re going. It’s about WHO you’re learning from along the way.

Our SOA girls aren’t just learning orthodontics — they’re making connections, learning from industry leaders, and getting a front-row seat to the future of ortho!

Big love to Melissa Jarrett for being in the driver’s seat and the KLOwen Ortho crew for always showing our future ortho pros what’s possible! 🫶✨

Different kind of school. Different kind of opportunities. Same BIG dreams. 💅

✨ FROM BRACES TO BIG DREAMS! ✨

Meet our girl, McKinley!

Sometimes all it takes is one experience to spark a passion! For McKinley, it was getting her own braces that made her fall in love with the world of orthodontics. 🦷💙

Now she’s stepping outside her comfort zone and turning that childhood fascination into a FUTURE! 🙌

Her mindset? 12 early Saturdays are worth it when you’re building a life you’re excited about! 👏

And because every future Ortho Bae needs a little balance… McKinley’s heart belongs to her pup Marlee and, apparently, Wingstop! 🍗😂

We love a girl who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to GO FOR IT! 💚

Drop some love for McKinley! ⬇️💎
