Last night’s Dental Coaches Power Call was a great reminder that practice ownership does not have to feel so isolated.

We talked about growth tracking, team lead check-ins, patient follow-up, treatment presentation, and creating accountability without carrying it all alone.

These conversations are one of my favorite parts of coaching. Doctors get to share what is working, ask real questions, and leave with practical ideas they can bring back to their teams.

That is the power of strategy, accountability, and community.

What a fun day with the Jawfixers team in CT!

I loved delivering our Crush the Call Bootcamp and working with this amazing oral surgery team on phone skills that help patients say yes.

Treatment Consultant Natasha said it best:
