For over 15 years, this patient lived with the effects of an accident that broke her front teeth and a failed implant from a previous doctor.

Restoring her smile required more than a simple fix — it took time, patience, several surgeries, restorative planning, surgical expertise, and a team committed to guiding her through every step.

Dr. John Vargas led the restorative vision, rebuilding her smile with a focus on function, comfort, confidence, and a natural-looking result.

Special credit to for the surgical expertise involved in this complex case, and to Master Ceramist of LSK121 for the artistry and craftsmanship behind the final smile.

For the first time in years, she is able to smile confidently and show her front teeth again.

“It feels surreal to have a perfect smile.”

Sometimes a smile transformation is more than a before-and-after — it is the moment a patient finally sees what is possible.

This case involved missing teeth, spacing, discolored teeth, bite concerns, and the need for a plan that restored both function and confidence.

When restoring a smile, shade matching matters. The goal is not to create teeth that look artificial — it is to design a smile that blends beautifully with the patient’s natural teeth, skin tone, and facial features.

Dr. John Vargas approaches every smile with a focus on natural aesthetics, long-term comfort, and a result that feels personal to the patient.

Because the goal is not just to create a beautiful smile — it is to help someone feel proud to share it again.

Dr. John Vargas guides complex restorative cases with a focus on long-term health, natural aesthetics, and a smile that feels stable and secure.

Because it is never too late to smile again.
