Youthful smile restored! Short uneven teeth, can age a smile. This patient in her 20’s got her youth back with 4 composite bondings. Years of misaligned crooked bottom teeth damaged her upper teeth. .courtney.ortho straightened her teeth with Invisalign and established a stable bite so I could predictably restore the function and esthetics of the patient’s smile.

Spacing and shifting teeth corrected with 6 porcelain veneers. Patient first went through thorough periodontal treatment with gum surgeon to treat the cause of the shifting. Once the patient healed and her gums were healthy and stable, we were able to restore the function and esthetics of her smile.

What years of grinding can do! This patient was very unhappy with his short, worn, chipped smile and restorations that kept coming off. After thorough comprehensive examination, we were able to determine that his sleep apnea/ snoring contributed to his teeth grinding. After getting his sleep and health in check by a sleep ENT, I was able to do my part in helping this patient.
With careful planning and great teamwork, I was able to design a smile that was esthetically more youthful and attractive and most importantly, stable and healthy.

This was an Invisalign case I did for one of my patients who’s personality lit up the room. However his smile made him very self conscious. With Invisalign, we were able to give him the confident smile that complimented his personality.

Invisalign, equilibration, whitening, and six porcelain veneers= 🙌🏻! Due to a very deep bite and worn down canines (from grinding his teeth at night), the patient constantly chipped his front teeth that he had bonded. Patient had Invisalign treatment with amazing .courtney.ortho to improve his overbite and canine guidance to achieve better clearance of his front teeth as he slides his teeth side to side. After finishing Invisalign I equilibrated, fine tuned, his bite so his teeth fit perfectly together and function properly. Once all the foundational work was done, whitening and porcelain veneers were the final touches in creating this beautiful, healthy, and natural smile.
