Looking for an easy, healthy, and cool treat for the summer? We’ve got just the recipe for you. And it’s braces-friendly!

• 2 cups of plain yogurt
• cup of fruit of choice (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tablespoon of sweetener (honey, agave, maple syrup)

Mix ingredients in a bowl and transfer to popsicle molds*. Freeze for at least 3 hours.

*If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small cups for the molds or place small mounds onto a wax-paper lined tray for a delicious cool treat.
