We're reachable via phone all day, every day, and we respond quickly to emails whenever

the office is open (which is a lot of the time!)

Our in-house Endodontist and Periodontist can provide you with the expert specialized care you need at the office you trust. This week, a few members of our team spent the afternoon at the Wellness Bar in the MetLife Building, offering complimentary iTero scans and chatting with people about their dental health.

An iTero scan creates a detailed 3D model of your teeth in just a few minutes, no goopy impressions or radiation required. It was a fun way to introduce people to modern dentistry.

Last week, we hit pause on the day-to-day work and spent an afternoon together for our annual Vision Day.

We reflected on where we’ve been, where we’re headed, and, most importantly, why we do what we do. It’s easy to get caught up in schedules, checklists, and busy days, so it’s always really nice to take time to reconnect with our purpose and each other.

We wrapped up the day with Shake Shack and drinks in the office, and left feeling recharged and excited for everything ahead.

Think you know when to brush and when to rinse? Two habits many of us learned as kids might actually be worth rethinking.

🪥 If you’ve just had something acidic like orange juice, soda, wine, tomatoes, or a vinegar-based dressing, it’s actually better to wait before brushing. Acids temporarily soften your enamel, and brushing too soon can wear away tiny amounts before it has a chance to reharden. Instead, rinse with water or let your saliva do its job, and wait about 30 to 60 minutes before brushing.

💧 The second surprise comes after you brush. Instead of rinsing with water, simply spit out the excess toothpaste. Skipping the rinse gives fluoride (and other active ingredients) more time to strengthen your enamel and help reduce sensitivity.

These are two simple changes that can help protect your teeth.

Earlier this month, we celebrated next door at the iconic Empire Hotel rooftop. It was a gorgeous evening with a wonderful team, and a chance to celebrate someone we’re all lucky to work with.
