Today, our Mid-Manhattan Oral Surgery office completed our QUAD A (formerly AAAASF – the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities) reaccreditation site survey.

Since 2015, our Mid-Manhattan Oral Surgery office has proudly maintained QUAD A accreditation. QUAD A is an independent accrediting organization that establishes rigorous national standards for patient safety, anesthesia, infection prevention, emergency preparedness, quality assurance, and office-based surgical care. Its mission is to help ensure that patients receive the highest level of care in a safe surgical environment.

I’m incredibly proud to share that today’s site survey went exceptionally well. While we await the official reaccreditation decision, the surveyor’s feedback was overwhelmingly positive and served as a tremendous affirmation of the systems, protocols, and culture of excellence our team has built and maintained.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to every member of our Mid-Manhattan Oral Surgery team. Preparing for a QUAD A survey requires months of planning, meticulous attention to detail, and a shared commitment to excellence. Your professionalism, teamwork, and dedication were evident throughout today’s survey, and I couldn’t be more proud of what we accomplished together.

A special thank you also goes to my family for their patience, encouragement, and support throughout the many hours devoted to preparation. I truly couldn’t have done this without you.

While we await the final reaccreditation decision, today’s visit reinforced something we’ve believed since the beginning: exceptional patient care doesn’t happen by chance. It is the result of continuous preparation, accountability, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to doing what’s right for every patient, every single day.
