Who drew it best? 🎨
Stefani, office manager recently challenged our whole team to recreate a drawing using only verbal instructions. The catch? The "artists" were blindfolded.
There were plenty of laughs, but the exercise had a purpose. Clear communication, active listening, and collaboration are just as important behind the scenes as they are when caring for our patients.

Dr. Robert C Rawdin, DDS created this smile transformation for a patient who had put off fixing his teeth for years. There are many reasons people wait. But when they're ready, they're ready.
This patient was hesitant because of past bad dental experiences. By taking the time to listen to his fears and explain—and show him—what was possible, his confidence began to grow. You could see the excitement build with every visit.
These photos are from the temporary (prototype) phase of treatment, and the transformation was already remarkable. Stay tuned for the final restorations.
