Even though you have a permanent bar, it doesn’t mean your teeth can’t shift! ↔️

Many times the wire or glue pads will break without you noticing 😳

This patient didn’t care about his aesthetics, but he’s a good friend and I told him I couldn’t allow him to walk around with a space! In just 6 weeks we managed to close the space and still need to upright the upper left central slightly 🦷

¡Aunque tengas una barra permanente detrás de los dientes, no significa que sus dientes no se puedan mover! ↔️

Muchas veces el alambre o las almohadillas de pegamento se rompen sin que te des cuenta 😳

A este paciente no le importaba su estética, pero es un buen amigo y le dije que no podía permitirle andar con un espacio en los dientes! En solo 6 semanas logramos cerrar el espacio y aún falta enderezar ligeramente el centro superior izquierdo 🦷
