When I reopened my dental practice in early June, the tooth fractures started coming in: at least one a day, every single day that I’ve been in the office.

We have re-opened and we have done so in a way that ensures the safety of all people who enter our
office.

Pre-screening forms are filled out by our patients at home and reviewed by one of our team members
prior to any scheduled appointment. From the moment our patients arrive they contact a member of
our team and are let into the office so that there are never two patients in the reception area at one
time.

Masks must be worn at all times within our office in the common areas. Temperature is checked
immediately using touchless infrared thermometers. The pre-screening covid form is reviewed, and our
patients are directed to our sanitization station to disinfect their hands.

You will be directed into one of our treatment rooms, which have been prepared with your safety in
mind. From individual air purification units using Photo Electrochemical Oxidation technology to plastic
chair covers and special disinfectants designed to be effective against this virus, you can be sure that our
treatment rooms are safe.

Each patient uses a special rinse prior to being seen evaluated to lower the viral count in their saliva.
Our staff is equipped with disposable gowns, face shields and proper surgical and N95 masks to ensure both their safety as well as your safety. All treatment causing aerosols, which can spread this virus are kept to a minimum and treatment rooms are left idle prior to being disinfected to ensure that the air
settles and all surfaces can be disinfected and pristine.

Please note that it is our policy to not only follow the CDC guidelines, but to exceed them. It is our job
to provide specialized dental care and personalized service, but also ensure the integrity and health of
our patients and team.
