Dr. Marc Lazare took a different path. He started with a structural analysis of how much sound tooth remained to bond to. He rebuilt the tooth from within, sealed it, and restored it with a bonded indirect restoration. The natural tooth was kept.

After a root canal, many patients are told the next step is a post and a crown. This front tooth got neither.

Swipe through the three steps Dr. Lazare used: careful isolation, fiber reinforcement inside the tooth, then new enamel shaped and polished to match. The result keeps the natural tooth and avoids drilling it down for a crown.
