Dr. Elias Santana Foundation Our mission is to help the under served people in the community in any way we possibly can.

The purpose of our foundation is to develop the appropriate facilities required to accurately service the community’s needs while promoting opportunities to empower the disadvantaged. We are aware of the need to change the declining conditions of poverty and diseases that affected the equilibrium of our society. This need has inspired Dr. Santana to provide education and training to children and adults to promote healthy behaviors and living conditions for the general population.
