As a dentist, we often witness the transformation from 'I hate my smile' to 'I love my smile'. A key part of the consultation process involves taking photographs, discussing them in detail with the patient, and creating a 'Problem List'. In this case, the issues were old patchy fillings on front teeth, a shifted middle, and a reverse smile curve. We explored various treatment options, and the patient opted for subtle, natural-looking changes. We achieved excellent results with crowns on the upper incisors.
