Remember expanders with the metal bands wedged between your teeth? 😬 We don't use those anymore.

Dr. Terrana breaks down the 3D-printed expander — custom-made for each patient, it sits right on top of the teeth. That means:

✅ No bands wedged between teeth
✅ No separator appointment beforehand
✅ Far more comfortable for your child
✅ Creates room for permanent teeth to come in
✅ Can help open the airway

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first check-up around age 7 — early enough for us to guide growth instead of working against it.
