We are pleased to announce that we will be gradually reopening our practice to time sensitive dental procedures. To facilitate this opening, we have a few new office policies:

1) We ask that all patients arrive to their appointment wearing a mask or face covering.

2) We will be modifying appointment times to prevent overlap and maximize social distancing. Please arrive to your appointments at the designated time, not early/late. When you arrive, please call the office from your car and our staff will let you know when it is time to enter.

3) In order to maintain social distancing, we ask that unless absolutely necessary, only the patient with the appointment should enter into the office/waiting room.

4) Upon arrival, your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer and a short COVID symptom questionnaire will be administered.

5) If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, or have been exposed to COVID19, please let our office know prior to your appointment so that we can reschedule.

Due to the prolonged closure, we must reschedule multiple weeks’ worth of appointments. Everyone will eventually be seen and get back on track, however this will take some time. Please be patient and understanding. Some previously booked appointments may need to be rescheduled. All appointments and changes will be confirmed over the phone by our staff.

Also, it is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to ensure current eligibility prior to your appointment. Some coverage may have lapsed due to furloughs from your employment. We may be unable to verify any coverage changes for you.

We cannot wait to see everyone back again. And rest assured, we are taking the highest precautions to ensure your safety at your dental visit. Please feel free to call if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment!
