Before a single patient sits in the chair, every instrument goes through a process most people never see.

First, a soak in an enzymatic solution to break down debris. Then a run through the dishwasher. Then sterilization in the autoclave. Nothing reaches a patient without clearing all three steps.

It sounds clinical, but the mornings behind it are not. Music playing, team singing, everyone unloading trays and checking the schedule together. Yesterday was a busy hygiene day, and it shows in how full those trays are.

This is the part of dental care patients rarely think about. It is also one of the most important.

This lower anterior splint is designed so only the front teeth make contact. The back teeth stay out of the bite entirely.

That single design choice changes everything. The jaw's biting force comes from the back muscles, and when they cannot engage fully, the patient exhibits only 20 to 30% of their normal bite strength.
