What makes a great Treatment Coordinator?

Excellent communication skills, poise, professional appearance, and a special ability to “get a kick” out of having patients accept treatment without being pushy. Organized, systematic, and with good follow-through. Knowledge of the dental insurance game, to help patients use and understand their insurance benefits .
