REOPENING MAY 11, 2020
To Our Valued Patients,
Although the Coronavirus pandemic is an unprecedented and disruptive event, we at the Carolina Center have been monitoring the situation closely and tailoring our approach based on the best information available. In accordance with Governor Cooper’s three-phase plan to relax social distancing, we will reopen for periodontal and implant services on Monday, May 11th.
Our practice diligently follows universal precautions recommended by the CDC and strictly adheres to OSHA standards for infection control. Safety has always been our number one focus, for both our patients and employees. This high standard of care ensures that your trust and safety is never compromised.
Our office is implementing extended measures to further protect all our patients and team with the following additional protocols:
• In compliance with public health recommendations, anyone with a cough or fever should call to reschedule their appointment and stay home. We will be happy to reschedule you at a later date.
• Upon arrival please stay in your vehicle we will come out to check you in as well as conduct a COVID-19 screening. Once your personal, sanitized treatment room is ready we will es**rt you in.
• Upon entering the Carolina Center, you will be asked to sanitize your hands. We also request that you sanitize your hands upon re-entering the business areas.
• At the beginning of every appointment, you will be asked to pre-rinse with an antiseptic solution to reduce any intraoral bacteria or viruses.
• Additional PPE may be worn by our staff depending on the type of procedure you are scheduled for. This is for both our protection and yours.
Your health is our greatest priority, and we will continue to take appropriate measures to ensure your experience at the Carolina Center for Dental Implants is both pleasant AND safe.
Stay well, be safe, and we will see you soon.
