Replace your toothbrush head every 3–4 months! 🪥
A worn-out toothbrush doesn't clean your teeth as effectively, and frayed bristles can be less gentle on your gums.
It's also a good idea to replace your toothbrush head:
🦠 After you've been sick
💙 If the bristles are bent or frayed
⚡ Sooner if you brush with heavy pressure
