There is no “yoga body.” There is no prerequisite for beginning. You don’t have to be flexible, experienced, strong, young, or look a certain way to practice with us.

Sound Bath Under the Sea returns for ALL SEASONS! It's so amazing to watch Alyssa and Sacred Shell Healing grow and evolve through all of her hard work. Definitely check her out--- she's amazing, and you DESERVE it! 🧘🏽

First and foremost, THANK YOU. 🩵🥹🫶🏻 Our 'Sound Baths Under the Sea' at the NC Aquarium in Pine Knoll Shores has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. And that is entirely because of all of YOU. 😭

Because of the incredible response, packed sessions, and continued support, the Aquarium has decided to continue working with Sacred Shell Healing and make Sound Bath Under the Sea a YEAR ROUND program!!!!!!

I am so incredibly blown away, and so grateful. Getting to create these experiences feels like a dream, and now we get to keep doing it all year long. 🦈🎶

During the off season (fall, winter & spring) we’ll gather once each month.

During the busy (summer) season, sessions will become more frequent.

Our next dates are already available:
✨ September 8th
✨ October 6th
✨ November 10th
✨ December 8th
