We were not perfect but tried hard to live up to our Mission statements that we as a staff recited and prayed over every work day. : To be a blessing to Nevada and the surrounding area. We will accomplish this by offering high quality and friendly service in a gentle and caring atmosphere. Our patients are the heart of our practice and the reason we are here! We will treat our patients with respect . In our Vision statement we felt it was important to have a well trained staff. And we did!! We also expected to have our staff and ourselves to be treated with respect. This was the ideal. Some days went better than others. But we always enjoyed getting to know the hearts of our patients and while we do not miss the stress of running a business; we miss staff and patients alike.

We have sold business and are officially retired. We no longer have any association with Advanced Dental Care of Nevada, Mo. We do however still own the building and lot to the west.

Another reason to brush and floss: People who rate their dental health as poor or fair are 55% more likely to have a human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in their mouth than those who judge themselves as good or excellent, reports a study of 3,400 adults. About 60% of throat, tonsil, and tongue cancers are linked to HPV, which means it may up your risk of oral cancer.

You should not keep your toothbrush near a toilet. The airborne particles from the flush can travel up to a distance of 6 feet. Yuck!
