We have switched software for our patient communication and we are happy to announce that we are now able to do MOBILE PAYMENTS! You will be sent a link by text and/or email to view and pay your bill! We will also be sending a link to fill out patient paperwork, text reminders about upcoming appointments! We are in the process of changing the platform we use for text/call reminders, consent forms, medical history, etc. The goals are to make these contacts easier, and to let you complete forms before you get to the office on your own device, where it is easier to read and saves paper and time. During this transition, you might receive multiple reminders from different numbers, and we apologize in advance for any redundant contacts and any confusion this may cause. If you ever have any doubt at all whether your appointment is confirmed, if you need help navigating the new forms, or have any other questions or problems please don't hesitate to contact us directly at 620-325-2450, where you can ALWAYS speak to a REAL person. 😊
