Bases and bulkheads were installed this week at our St Croix Falls store.

The owners looked at a few locations but settled on a strip center bank location with a unique mezzanine ceiling height. The upper windows bring in tons of natural light.

Word on the street is there’s an 80” flat panel headed for this store.

So far so good, more posts to come!

This is a perfect example of an investment in guest experience. Earlier this week Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel added a flatwork ironer to their laundry room. This new ironer will give their sheets, pillowcases, napkins and table linen a fresh pressed finish which will further enhance the already premier hotel experience at Bridgewood. They even did this at the expense of opening a ginormous hole in an exterior wall in January.. in Wisconsin! Luckily, it warmed up to 30 degrees that day, so it wasn't too bad 🥶🥶🥶

On top of improving the guest experience, this OnePress ironer also includes an integrated folding function to lessen the burden of hand folding those large dimension sheets. It even folds fitted sheets!

Finally and most importantly, thanks to Ryan Batley and his amazing staff for making this install happen. It's truly been a pleasure to work with a group of professionals this committed to getting the job done.

More pumps, more clean.

A soap customer of ours is transitioning their F&B from an outside service to their OPL, so we added a little more juice to their setup. We changed from a 4-product to a 5-product chemical systems which gives maximum flexibility to clean everything from bright white linen napkins to greasy kitchen rags.

Laundry from 600 guest rooms, over 200,000 square feet of waterparks, a world class spa, one of America’s top 10 chop houses, an 18 hole gold course and impressive meeting facilities, is all processed on-property by the Chula team.

We chose a Dema Aurora Multi dispensing system to provide our laundry chemicals to 1,000 pounds of wash capacity. The Dema Aurora reporting capability provides real time data so the laundry can track chemical usage and costs to improve efficiency and manage expenses.
