Part 3 of our best & worst candy for your teeth series! Hard candy 🍬😬
The sugar that sits on your teeth for a while the hard candy dissolves can be harmful to your teeth. Biting or chewing hard candy also puts your teeth at risk of being chipped or broken. 😩
With that being said here are some tips if you are going to indulge:
✔️ enjoy, you deserve it ✨
✔️ drink some water after, it helps wash down any lingering sugars
✔️ floss & brush your teeth!
