Hillsboro Dental is seeking a friendly, self-motivated and highly organized RDA to complete our team. Days/Hours are Mon-Wed 7:00 am-5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

- Assist the doctor with all dental procedures.

- Seat patients on time

- Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctor’s schedule and patient flow.

- Be present, engaged and ready to work

- Inventory control and supply order placement

- Maintain the sterilization, lab, treatment rooms & office cleanliness

- Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment.

- Have knowledge and understanding of dental terminology sufficient to perform job successfully.

- Verify patient health history (basic health review, medications, understanding impact with dentistry) and document appropriately in
patients chart.

- Assist in other areas of the office as needed.

Qualifications

- Three plus years RDA experience

- Dental Assistant license as required by state

- Nitrous Oxide Certificate

- Radiology Certificate

- Adaptability

- Outstanding work ethic with time management skills

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
