We may be a week late, but we’ll never miss a chance to celebrate our amazing Dr. Sandidge! Your strength, kindness, and dedication to both your team and your patients never goes unnoticed. Happy National Dentist Day! 🦷 And what better way to start off our new social media series: Meet the Staff Monday.
Hi! I’m Dr. Sandidge. I am board-certified pediatric dentist, originally from Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. I attended college at the University of Georgia (that’s right, Go Dawgs!) where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I completed my doctoral degree in Dental Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia and my master’s degree in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Michigan. I am a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
I feel so blessed to have completed my residency at the University of Michigan because it provided extensive hospital, clinical and research experience. My master’s degree thesis focused on children with autism and provided me with a unique perspective on how to transition children to be confident, adult dental patients.
My husband and I moved to Nashville in 2016, and we cannot be happier with that decision! During our time here, we have raised a happy-go-lucky dog, and we now have two amazing children. In my free time, I love to read, practice yoga, and catch music around the city with my family. I am very excited to serve my community, and l look forward to meeting all of you!
