Pt presented with a large lesion involving #24 & 25 with mobility on both teeth. A splint was placed and apicoectomy completed.

1 year recall shows great healing.

3 rooted premolar was not treated as such and was perforated in the buccal root. After a discussion, we decided on an apicoectomy on the buccal roots to repair the perforation and seal the MB & DB canals.

Fun case of the day. Retreatment of #7 with a separated instrument. Combination of ultrasonics and hedstroms helped me get this out.

Previous provider missed MB2, short fill in P & DB canals as well as separated instrument in MB1. Tough case but was able to bypass instrument. I prefer to bypass in most cases as it tends to be less destructive. GentleWave used.

#30 was treated in 2 visits with calcium hydroxide medicament. 2 year recall shows nice healing.
