Occlusal Guards. So many great benefits to wearing one that is fit for your teeth and your bite. Ask us about getting a custom occlusal guard made if you think you are clenching your jaw muscles, grinding your teeth, breaking retainers, or have jaw pain. If we see sign of this during your exam, you better believe we will talk about it!

TRUST. In the very educated, highly informed, and super skeptical world we live in, trust can be really hard. We try really hard to make it easy.

Packing up 2025 with a lot of gratitude. Reflecting back on this year, I’m just so grateful. Grateful for the best patients, the best staff to work with, the best learning opportunities, and the best group of family and friends that have encouraged and supported Nashville Dental Studio. Here is a big, heartfelt THANK YOU!

Happy Holidays from your friends at NDS! We wish for you to have joy, rest, and no broken temporary crowns while we are away. 🎄Oh, and if you’re searching for a last minute gift for someone, they probably need a new electric toothbrush! Check out the next two slides for pics of our favorites!

Altered Passive eruption: when our gums don’t migrate as expected, creating a “gummy smile” appearance. Sometimes this is on 1 tooth, or sometimes it can be several teeth. We use a diode laser to help correct this. It’s clean, easy, and painless. This patient didn’t know what was off when she looked at her smile, and we helped her see it. Gingival contouring with minimal and conservative cosmetic bonding brought it all back to life. 🤍

Fun Fact: I was an Organic Chemistry T.A. in college. 🤓 My fellow T.A. and dear friend drives from Birmingham to see us!
One of my favorite things about dentistry is how it demands continuity of care. It’s a fun job where I encourage/force you to hang out with me and visit a few times a year! Need some fun new friends to hang out with in Nashville? Come see us!
